Reumatologia de Son Llàtzer participa en l'estudi RELESSER

El Servei de Reumatologia de l'Hospital Son Llàtzer ha participat en l'estudi RELESSER per a la caracterització de pacients amb Lupus inclosos en un llarg cohort del registre de la Societat Espanyola de Reumatologia. Hi han participat diferents centres nacionals.

Mónica Ibañez Barceló, reumatòloga de l'Hospital Son Llàtzer ha participat en la publicació de l'article amb el títol "Characterization of Patients With Lupus Nephritis Included in a Large Cohort From the Spanish Society of Rheumatology Registry of Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (RELESSER)" a la revista Medicine.

L'objectiu de l'estudi era perfilar els pacients inclosos en el registre RELESSER amb un desenvolupament renal histològic provat per a entendre millor l'estat actual de la lupus nefritis a Espanya. RELESSER-TRANS és un registre multicèntric de secció transversal amb un component analític. La informació va ser recollida de registres mèdics de pacients amb lupus eritematós sistèmic els quals eren seguits a unitats de reumatologica participants en el projecte.
